Floor Plans

With over 11,000 square feet of living space, conceptualizing where your accommodations are within the house can be difficult. We created these floor plans to help you visualize where you might be spending most of your time here at the inn.

First Floor

The first floor of the inn is home to the Master Suite, and most of the common areas of the home including the living room, dining room, sunroom and breakfast deck. The main entrance to the inn is from the portico into the main foyer. Access to the back yard and beach is through the sunroom.

Second Floor

Five of the guest rooms in the house are located on the second floor of the inn. The second floor is at the top of the staircase from the main foyer of the home. The Acadia Suite and Harbor Suite have direct access to the second floor balcony deck from their respective sitting rooms.

Third Floor

The two most private waterfront suites of the inn are the only guest rooms located on the third floor.  Two flights of stairs is a small price to pay for the commanding view of the bay from these two special suites.  The Keurig Machine in the third floor coffee lounge will save you a few steps for your first cup of morning caffeine.

Originally the home’s main living parlor, the Master Suite is the inn’s largest accommodation.  Enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the romantic king-size bed, or an evening cocktail in front of the large ornate gas fireplace.  The free standing air jetted tub in the master bath is ideal for relaxing after a full day exploring Acadia National Park.  This bathroom also features a heated floor and a separate tiled shower with a sliding glass door and two shower heads.

Through the glass French doors beside the bed is a spacious and relaxing sitting room with floor to ceiling windows, a second gas fireplace and a 40-inch flat screen TV.  Snuggle up on the couch for a romantic evening with a movie and a fire, or lounge in one of the oversized chairs with a good book and panoramic views of Bar Island and Frenchman Bay.
